Nicaragua 🇳🇮: The president of the National Assembly, Gustavo Porras, conveyed to Sandinista militants the prohibition ordered by Daniel Ortega to "join private initiatives or WhatsApp groups, or sign declarations or communications or make phone calls" that have not been consulted or authorized by the ruling party.

According to the directive read by Porras, Sandinista militants could only join WhatsApp groups with authorization from the Sandinista Front Secretariat, presided over by Daniel Ortega himself.
