USA 🇺🇸: An Amish farmer is being sued by the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture.

The products from Amos Miller's farm are not sold in supermarkets, but only to members who consciously purchase them at his farm store or online.

According to Attorney General Michelle A. Henry, “For years, this company has rejected efforts to bring its commercial farming operation into compliance with the law – as all commercial farms are required to do,” she said in a statement.

The lawsuit represents the next step in the Pennsylvania government's attempt to force Amos Miller to submit to its regulatory control.
