Reparations will never stop being a dumb idea. It’s just a form of wealth redistribution using racial parameters.

The basic premise is using historical grievances as justification to take money from people who never owned slaves, to people who never were slaves.

Of course if we apply the flawed logic of group guilt with modern circumstances in mind then Blacks would owe the rest of the country reparations which makes the absurdity of collectivism more obvious.
