USA 🇺🇸/Panama 🇵🇦/Venezuela 🇻🇪: General Laura Richardson, commander of the U.S. Southern Command, arrived in Panama on Tuesday (06).

Also on Tuesday, Panama's President José Raul Mulino called for a meeting of presidents to "address the issue of Venezuela and discuss further actions to support democracy and the popular will of our brother country," as announced by the president himself.

I am not a fan of theories, and I assume it is a coincidence that these two events occurred on the same day.
