Another Russian attack against Ukrainian cities and other civilian targets. After more than 200 missiles and drones launched by Putin yesterday, several more missiles and 81 Iranian drones were launched tonight. Although many were intercepted, those that got through caused significant devastation in the cities, directly affecting the civilian population, which remains Putin's primary target.

According to Kyiv, the strong Russian attack is retaliation for the Ukrainian strike last week that destroyed one of Russia's largest fuel depots, burning hundreds of millions of dollars that Putin would have used to fund his invasion.
