This situation occurs by design. Often, when I explain this, some people fail to understand that it's directly related to the quality of money. Historically, whenever money is diluted by the state, people tend to rely more on it. As a result, it's common to see the breakdown of families, as well as an increase in prostitution and drug use. The state needs to create these problems in order to later present itself as the solution.
