🚨China's Real Estate Market Collapsing

Prices of newly built homes in China fell by 6.1% year-on-year in September, the largest drop since 2015.

Prices of existing homes dropped by 9.0%, the biggest decline in at least 13 years.

Additionally, existing home prices have fallen in all of China's top 70 cities this year.
