Disinvestment in Europe continues, and now the U.S. stock market capitalization accounts for 74% of the MSCI World Index, the highest level ever recorded.

The combined market capitalization of companies in Europe and Japan is still four times smaller than that of the U.S.

It's pretty clear which market remains dominant.
