The theocratic regime of Iran, ruled with an iron fist by the Ayatollah, has vowed to wipe Israel off the face of the Earth and, for that purpose, finances several terrorist groups such as Hamas and Hezbollah.

Syria, led by dictator Bashar al-Assad, has a deep relationship with Iran and Russia, allowing its territory to be used for terrorist groups to attack Israel.

Lebanon, home to Hezbollah, has been devastated in several wars fought against Israel in recent decades.

The Houthis control a part of Yemen and since October have been targeting merchant ships to directly affect Israel.

Of all these countries, which one compared Israel's war against Hamas to the Holocaust?

Which of these countries stated that Israel is doing in Gaza the same thing that Hitler did against the Jews?

Answer: none!

President Lula, with the comment he made today, managed to be more anti-Semitic than sworn enemies of Israel, such as Iran, Syria, Lebanon, and Yemen.

The outraged and furious reaction of the Israeli government may indicate that this will not be resolved solely with a diplomatic reprimand.

Because of Lula's statements, Brazil may have made a powerful enemy today and created a diplomatic crisis that could have effects in many other areas.
