Israel has officially confirmed the elimination of Lebanese terrorist leader Ibrahim Aqeel, responsible for numerous crimes, including two attacks in Lebanon that resulted in the deaths of over 350 people, many of them American citizens. One attack targeted the U.S. Embassy in Beirut, and the other was against a U.S. Marine detachment in Lebanon.

Ibrahim Aqeel was one of the top leaders of the Hezbollah terrorist group and a key coordinator of the southern front, which is responsible for the daily attacks on cities in northern Israel.
