* The number of deaths in protests against the regime in Venezuela has risen to 23.
* The prosecutor's office has opened an investigation against Edmundo González and María Corina, accusing them of usurpation of functions, spreading false information, incitement to disobedience and insurrection, and conspiracy to commit a crime.
* The U.S. has urged Maduro and the Venezuelan opposition to start talks for a democratic transition. Additionally, the White House has insisted on the release of the minutes with the data announced by the CNE to allow for a thorough scrutiny.
* Maduro declared: “We are facing a criminal cyber-fascist coup.”
* On Monday (05), Maduro announced that he would "break relations" with WhatsApp, claiming that the messaging app is used by fascist groups to threaten Venezuela.
