United Kingdom 🇬🇧: The mother of a disabled son with a rare heart condition won a landmark case to prevent the state from vaccinating him against COVID-19, fearing it could kill him.
Judge Hayden of the Court of Protection has now ruled that "it is no longer in Tom's best interests to receive the vaccine" because the "landscape" of the virus has changed significantly since the peak of the pandemic.
He made the decision after an American professor of pediatrics stated that Tom was more likely to suffer cardiac complications – such as myocarditis and pericarditis – if he received the mRNA vaccine, according to the “Daily Telegraph.”
