Israel 🇮🇱/ Lebanon 🇱🇧: Hezbollah used the activities of the environmental group “Greens Without Borders” to cover up logistical operations.

The group, which claimed to be protecting the natural habitat, was actually concealing the construction of tunnels, shooting ranges, and ammunition depots, according to a U.S. government allegation.

In 2023, the U.S. Treasury Department sanctioned the group for allegedly providing support and cover for Hezbollah’s operations in southern Lebanon along the “Blue Line” between Lebanon and Israel over the past decade, while publicly operating under the guise of environmental activism.
