Afghanistan 🇦🇫 : UN moves to unlock blocked climate finance for Afghanistan

Two UN agencies are currently drafting proposals they hope to present next year to raise nearly $19 million in funding from the UN's Global Environment Facility (GEF), part of the financial mechanism of the 2015 Paris Agreement on climate change.
